nazika is a virtual community in the field of Sharia and legal marriage, which is designed and implemented according to the Islamic culture of marriage. Accept Rules
Registering in the application and using its services means accepting and agreeing to all the rules of the application. If you do not agree with the rules and regulations of the application, do not register in the application
Using Application Services
After creating a profile, you can search among application users (of the opposite sex).
After choosing the desired person, send him a message of interest so that he will express his desire or unwillingness after reading your profile.
If two people want to get to know each other better, they can send a personal message. Sending personal messages is one of the features of special members.
If you are a silver or gold member, the recipient of the message can reply to your message with the desired text.
If you purchase a special membership, after the service is activated, there is no possibility of refund.
If the authorities of the application suspect the authenticity of some of your profile information, they are free to suspend the profile and request positive documents
User violation
:The following are violations and lead to permanent profile blockin:
Being younger than 13 solar years for women and younger than 15 solar years for men
Marrying men without the consent of the first wife or marrying women
Each user is only allowed to have one user account in the civil marriage section and one user account in the Islamic marriage section, otherwise all their user accounts will be closed.
Sending advertising and political messages in the application
Insulting and humiliating application members or ethnicities
Registration of incorrect information, both written and visual
Requesting any amount or charge under any title, such as dowry, trust building fee, etc., is prohibited inside the nazika application.
Putting contact number, email, Telegram ID, Instagram and any other communication options in the profile except for special sections
Playing the nazika in any way, insulting the nazika and making fun of it
Filling the registration form with irrelevant and random words
Expressing and writing sexually stimulating words or sentences in messages or profiles
Any request or declaration of temporary marriage, meeting, hourly, etc., except for women who have reached the age of menopause
Any request or declaration of temporary marriage in nazika Islamic Marriage section
According to the virtual space of the Internet, it is sometimes difficult to prove some cases of violation, however, if the authorities of the application find a strong suspicion of your violation, they are free to prevent you from continuing your activity
If your profile is blocked by the application authorities, all your services will be stopped and if you have paid for them, it will not be refunded.
If your profile has been blocked in the past, you will not have the right to use the application again, and if it is seen, your new profile will be closed without prior notice.

Change the rules
The rules of the application may undergo changes over time, so you are obliged to refer to this page and read the latest changes
If the rules change, it will be notified in the news section of the application.

This program has no unauthorized access to user information and no advertising is used in it
All identity information of users in the program is protected in a safe manner
